1- When does the next session begin?
Our next session begins on March 15th 2012.
2- When are the inscriptions for next session?
We conduct registrations throughout the year for the current session and future sessions. Depending on the disciplines, it is possible to integrate a group even if the session is already started. Contact us so we can consider your personal profile.
3- What happens if I registrate and the session has already begun?
Depending on the discipline and the date you register, we will evaluate the possibility of joining the group that has already begun. If this happens, we will adjust the invoice by considering the number of missed classes since the beginning of the session.
4- I am unsure of the discipline I want to take. How do I choose?
In order to help you make an informed choice, the school offers you the opportunity to do a trial class in each discipline, without any obligation on your part. Thereafter, if you choose to register, the tryout will count as your first course of the session.
5- I do not know my level. How can I be sure that I am in the right group?
By talking with you, we will make the history of your dance background in order to determine your skills. This will allow us to recommend the appropriate level. In addition, you can assess your level with the teacher during a trial class.
6- Will I need to pay the totality of the course price upon registration?
At the time of registration, we ask you to give a deposit. You will then have one month to pay the balance. We accept cash, debit and credit cards.
7- What happens if I cannot attend my course?
We have a wide variety of times in our three studios. This allows us to reschedule the same course with you on a different day of the week in one of our three schools, in order to not miss your course?
8- How much are the classes?
We are aware that dance includes many disciplines, some more interesting than others. Anacaona dance school offers you the opportunity to register in more than one discipline in a single session, and at a competitive rate! That's why we offer the first course at the regular price, the second at half price and the third free! Here is our explanatory table:

8 - Contract cancellation terms under the consumer protection law
You can terminate a contract of service involving sequential performance governed by the law, if: The seller has not begun to give its services (for example, the courses have not yet begun), he can not claim any fees or compensation.
You started to receive the services and you want to terminate the contract, you must pay at least the cost of services already received (the courses) plus a penalty prescribed by law. This penalty must be the smallest of: $ 50.00 or 10% of the price of services not yet received.
9 - Registration fee of 25.00 $.
Registration fees of $ 25.00 included in the cost of the session, if there is cancellation of the contract by the customer, this expense will be deducted from the invoice.
10 - Refund or credit
1st case The client has not yet begun his session : Total of the invoice - 25.00 $ of registration fees.
2nd case The client has begun his session : Total of the invoice -10 % of the total of the invoice (including the taxes) - 25.00 $ registration fees - given classes.
3rd case It is possible to credit the amount of your group class contract into : - Privated courses - Gift card - Credit for a future session - Transfer to another person
11 - Private lessons
The client agrees to pay the total cost at the purchase of five lessons and more.
The client agrees to pay his private lesson at least 24 hours in advance.
To cancel or reschedule a private lesson free of charge, you must contact us at least 24 hours in advance otherwise your reservation, as well as your deposit, will be lost.
If the school must cancel your lesson less than 24 hours in advance, you will receive an additional course at our expense.
12 - Class cancellation terms
If a group class is cancelled by the school, it will be credited for a futur session. For Zumba classes, the cancelled lesson will not be credited due to the illimited Si le cours de groupe est annulé, il sera crédité pour une session future. 13 - Politique de paiement
Le client désirant prendre une entente de paiement devra faire un dépôt de 50 % du montant total (incluant les taxes) de sa facture lors de l'inscription et bénéficiera d'une période de 30 jours pour acquitter le solde. De plus, il devra communiquer les dates des prochains lors de l'inscription.
